Verification with sernior staff

The application was made on 25th June, payment taken and ref sent...

but we have not received decision yet, when I called today they say that the application was with senior member staff for verfication.

Has anyone got this kind of reply earlier ? customer care officer is not sure what kind of verification it is.

My application is also at same stage. I have applied back in march and got refusal. then i have sent review Request.

I have contact them about the status. about month back they said they have send my file to my embassy for verification.

I think your case is same as mine. but not sure.
