hi

I am on a tier 1 general visa from jan 2010 in uk and my wife is also in uk on tier 2 intra company transfer visa from jan 2010. I want her now to shift to tier 1 dependent but for that she needs to go back to india and apply.
Has somebody faced such situation or help with the overall process and documents which I need to provide as her sponsor? Since she was staying in UK can we show our tenancy agreement, joint NRO/NRE statements as proof?
