Hi :)
My Name is Divya. I wish to Apply for Sudent Tier4(General) Uk visa.
Im Planning to Do BA(Hons) From Amity University. Its a Three Years Course.

I'd Like To ask, Ive been Earlier Rejected for a Child Settlement under 18 Visa.
My Mom lives In London and hold an ILR for Uk.

So it a Good Idea To Apply for a Student Visa Post Settlement visa Rejection?
