In country Tier 2 (General) Dependant application

Hello all

My partner and I are currently in the UK with valid leave to remain until Aug 2012, I have Tier 2 (General) and she has a PBS Dependant visa. I am about to change employers, on another Tier 2 (General) visa, and will be submitting my application next week, and as I understand it I must reapply for my partners dependant visa also (either at the same time or shortly after).

My question is, when we applied for entry clearance from New Zealand 2 years ago the dependant application required a lot of proof of our relationship (eg. tennancy, bills, photos etc.), but after reviewing the in-country PBS dependant application form I see no real need to do the same again this time round? Am I right in thinking this, or should we still include these with the application? Anybody been in the same situation?

We have been living together for five years, however we are not married which just makes gathering evidence that much more of a hassle.

I'm sure somebody has been in this situation before, applying for dependant visa in country - if so, what supplementary documents did you provide with the dependant application?

Please, has anybody had any experience with this? I am due to submit our applications by end of this week, at this stage without supporting evidence such as bills/tenancy agreement/bank statements etc.
