Appeal allowed, want to stay with my wife, SET M or FLR M ?

Post by makhtar » Tue Jul 26, 2011 3:22 pm

hello there,

i am new to this forum and saw some of replies regarding flr m so thought to put my case here, hope will get some information from experts or experiences.

i have just got appeal determined from Judicial Review and i am waiting for UKBA reply.

after that time i want to apply for FLR M or Set M but there are some problems, i do hope that u can help.

1) my passports are with UKBA, and how long do they take to reutrn the passports + can i apply without my passports as there is a section in FLRM form which states , "if your Passports are with aonther UKBA authority please state"

2) my leave which was valid until 18 July was curtailed by UKBA. so what is my status now?

3) can i go to PEO or should i use Postal service ?

4) should i do it myself or follow the solicitor at a great Price.

5) my wife ( British Citizen) is receiving Housing,Child Benefit and Child Tax Credit will that effect my appliction ?

6) i am not allowed to work at the moment and we had not lived togather because of my studies in Ethames London.

7) and MOST impprtantly what DOCUMENTS do need to submit for FLR m as website is vague and there is not clarification about it.

i am here in Ilford, London UK.

waiting for your reply.

thanks

i am still waiting to be heared, any calls please ?

i got to know upto a point that i MUST use FLR M form. there are alot of people saying that i should use POSTAL service as my matter might need more consideration and in depth reading.

An important Q please in addition to above Questions:

can a Solicitor Fill in and Apply on applicant's behalf even if he is not registered with OISC.

any replies will be welcomed, many thanks from East London.
