HOW MANY POINTS DO I GET FOR HND?

I have an [b]HND in computing [/b]awarded by EDEXEL but course is CONDUCTED BY A SRI LANKA INSTITUTE, therefore can you please tell me how many points will i receive for my HND qualificaitons. Besides i am professional member of BCS. (British Computer Society)

None, it's lower than degree level.
