i lived and worked in Uk for 5 years and came back to india without overstaying there coz my visa extension application was refused coz of my drink and drive related convictions. i am married to a uk citizen and have baby there in uk. i want to apply for spouse visa later this month. suggest me with some tips to make my application stronger.
