I need a help on the appendix 8 part 5 :)

Dear all, first of all I want to thank you for your endless help on this valuable website.

Secondly, I have some questions concerning Part 5 of the Appendix 8 tier 4 (General Student) application, which are :

- I applied for an IELTS exam and I got an over all of 7.5. so would you please correct my fields if there are any wrong?

5.10 English Language Test
- Awarding Body = BRITISH COUNCIL
- Title of qualification = INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE TESTING SYSTEM ( IELTS )
- Level of qualification = AN OVERALL BAND OF 7.5
- Date of Award = the date when the certificate was issued not the date when I applied for the test , right !?
- Award reference number = I wrote the TRF Number but I wrote some letters outside the box, right ?

- 5.11 I tick an X over Original Test certificate.

I will be grateful if you tell me about my mistakes..

First: The Awarding Body is University of Cambridge not British Council as British Council is an agent who conducts the exam but the IELTS certificate is issued by the university.

Second: Its ok to write the letters outside, I did the same and I got the visa and there is no other way to write it.

Third: The date of the certificate is the one you find it at the bottom, if you have a confusion you can find the date in your CAS statement. You can find the date to the left of TRFN

Forth: yes you cross the 5.11 section
