My husbands mother and 2 brothers live in Pakistan. My husband came to the UK on a spouse visa and has now obtained his naturalisation certificate. The question is in relation to his family

- My father in law is a British Citizen otherwise by descent (naturalised in 1984)
- My father in law came to the UK in the early 70's and subsequently married someone in the UK
- My husbands parents married in 1969
- My husbands brothers were born in 1971 & 1993
- Brother born in 1993 is a british citizen by birth (as I understand it)

Does my my mother in law have a valid ROA claim or any other citizenship claim taking into account she is my father in laws first wife ?

Does my older brother in law have any rights to ROA either ?

Husbands brother was born in pakistan, my mother in law and my husbands 2 brothers have lived in pakistan all there life. My father in law came to the uk after my husbands birth in 1973. My father in law has made visits regularly since then back to meet his family in pakistan.
