HELP - adopting children from pakistan, how do I start ????

Hi I was hoping for help with the following situation.

My younger sister in pakistan recently passed away, leaving behind two children under the age of 16. Thier father left many years ago and has not been in contact or seen since. There are no other family members in pakistan who are capable of looking after the children.

I would like to adopt the children, and bring them over to the uk. I don't know where to start. What information do I need, who I should be contacting, what forms need filling out, how long the process takes.

If someone would be kind enough to give me step by step instructions on how to proceed with this, it would be much appreciated. Thanks,

Is a good place to start. Lots of links there to help you. May be quite hard to do - if you read all the information
