Certificate through MN1 form for child

birth in the UK to parents who are now settled in the UK or have become British citizens.

Is your daughter born in UK? If yes, thats your answer.

can anyone advice who received their registration certificate through MN1 form..
does the registration certificate contains only the surname of the child or does it include the firstname.
mine says only the surname and it includes the date of birth of the child


please advice ..i need to write to the home office

Should have both names if the child has both names. If this is a mistake, contact the HO.
