Covering Letter for Dependent Child over 18 years

Hi,
I am filling up a seperate SET O form for my dependent child over 18 years.

on page 7 , I have ticked Other and Written 'Dependent child over 18 years applying with parents.

It also says to give a letter explaining why are you applying.

can anyone please guide me what should I write.
