I AM ON PSW CAN I SWITCH TO TIER 1 GENERAL

Hi, I am on PSW now and my stay expires in next month. can I apply for a tier 1 general category?. is it open for PSW people to apply for tier 1 general. Please let me know.
if this is not the option for me, can you advice me in which category i can apply to stay to work in UK.

Look for T2, Work Permit, that is the only option you can switch to while in-country.
