Hi Guys,
Researched several forums and topics but still need some confirmation if I missed out anything. I am going to apply for Tier1 G extension within UK. Setup Limited company xxx in 2009, sole director, get salary and dividend, both are not mentioned on the same pay slip under the guidance of Accountant registered with CIMA. Duration of earning is Aug2010-July 2011.Now questions related with these are -
1. I come under salaried and not self employed? Yes/No
2. Payslips from employer xxx Ltd showing general NIC/Tax deductions, gross and net salary. - signed by myself as i am sole director without any secretary?
3. Dividend vouchers from employer xxx Ltd, again signed by myself showing gross and net dividend?
4. Accountant letter showing the details of registration with CIMA. Invoices summary - showing sales made during the period, gross/net salary and gross/net dividend and NIC/PAYE/tax made.
5. Personal bank statement
Additional Proofs to keep things handy for further correspondence (if need arises) or to be sent to provide clarity
1. Invoices Summary letter by client to whom services delivered - on his company letter paper or signed/stamped.
2. Business bank account statements showing all money credited and online deduction of NIC/tax/VAT/PAYE whatsoever
3. Letter by accountant mentioning the relaion among different parties involved
3. VAT registration letter by HMRC
4. XXX Ltd registration letter - signed and stamped by me
I know I am crowding the application with too many details but want to complete the loop to show the incoming and outgoing clearly.
I have still excluded the balance sheet or P/L account.
Three relevant questions:
1. Though I have been doing all transactions to HMRC on time, i have neglected to make the salary and dividend payments and did not do it on time.
For example, AUg 2010 - July 2010 salqary was paid in June and July 2011
November 2010 - June 2011 dividend paid in July 2011
Some of the articles show that they look for the amount match and not the dates of transaction, but thought if you guys can help me with it.
I am going to highlight in the cover letter though but any tips will be highly recommended.
2. Does registered address of XXX Ltd can cause a problem in case of address conflicts?
3. I have 0 points in age but in application, they have not mentioned any block to tick for 0 points, so shall i just write myself there?
Appreciate your guidance.Though my case is very straighforward in terms of single application, single client, single employer, within UK, but still seems too complicated.
