Last checks .. ILR in 10 days

Post by guyintheuk » Mon Aug 08, 2011 9:57 pm

I'm due for ILR in 10 days time and want to make final checks from you expert guys on this forum...
I'm on WP 5 years same employer...
I'm assuming my application should be straight forward but I have few issues and I wish to hear from you guys
1- I had train fine in 2007 paid on spot even dont remember if the man took my name or not.
2- I have one FPN (3 points speeding ticket last feb.)
3- during the last 5 years I had 3 car accidents but all are settled with insurance companies without going to court.

I will mention about my FPN in a cover letter and I will answer question 7.1 with NO ....

I booked with HO as premium appointment... Im waiting your comments guys ... thanks in advance

good luck with your application. as far i remember in 2007 if you paid the money they don't take any information that time. and FPN and point is not problem it's not court conviction, so chill don't give them your driving licence ( I hope you didn't got the FPN via court)
