Tier1 general dependent visa within UK

Hello,
I want to be dependent of my wife within uk she got tier1 general visa and i am on PSW(post study work), is it possible within uk?

my wife and son got he same visa expiring in August 2013
my visa ending in November 2011
-we got married here in UK by British law
-i am working fulltime
-she is working part time
-got 2 years old son

What does human rights article 8 say about this.
Please help me out i will be thankful to all of you.

it simply means in order to be your wife's dependent you have to go outside the uk and apply from the home country for entry clearance.

Hi, going out of UK to regain entry isn't an issue but do you think there are any other challenges ( assuming all good documentation) to do this switching from PSW to Tier1 dependant?

The biggest challenge for you is that the immigration rules do not allow this change from within the UK!
