Tier-1 Dependent Visa - Little complicated- Need Help

I am in UK since December 2009, I am in a full time permanent Job since March 2010.
I am on tier-1 general visa which is valid untill October 2012.

I am getting married October this year in India.

I will be applying for dependent visa for my wife and i will appreciate if you can please help me with a few questions i have.

1. What are the documents required?

2. How much funds do i need to show?

3. I have been staying with my cousins since I came to london and me and my wife also will be staying with them?

4. My cousin is married has a two year old, they all are british citizens and we live together in their own three bed roomed house. (with my wife here we will be four adults sharing this house and their two year old).


5.I have a mobile bill, a bank statement on my name but since i dont have any tenancy agrrement as i stay with family and i dont have an utility bills.

Please suggest on what documents would i need and do i need to get any documents from my cousin?

All your help is much appreciated!!

Doesnt matter (Tenancy agreement not mandatory)

What document do i show for accomodation??
Should i get a letter from my cousin??

Docs that are needed for T1-Dep visa from Main Applicant are:

1. marriage cert
2. some phots (engagement and marriage)
3. wedding card
4. any chat transcripts (mobile bills)
5. your passport\visa copy
6. Also include the letter you get from UK BA when applied for T1 as main applicant
7. 3 months bank statements with £££ not < 1333

From the dependant:

1. Passport
2. Form filled in correctly

Tenancy agreement or payslips are not mandatory
