I wish to go for JR to get counted the excess absences from UK towards nationality resedential requirements. The nationality rules are about to change and they might make it very difficult . so those people who are waiting to complete their qualifying period nationality and have ILR more than one year old. please contact me on my email sm_123pk@yahoo.com. Please note I am not a lawer or legal professional just trying to gether as much people as possible. we might be able to get relaxation as was given in HSMP JR-1 by counting excess absences towards ILR qualifying period.
