Change of Address- PSW Application

I recently applied for a PSW visa and have been living in temporary accommoation. Since I was unsure as to where I would be after this, I provided the address of this place as my UK address. I am still looking for new accommodation but it is likely that I will have to move before I receive my documents back from the UKBA.
Should I fill out the change of circumstances form? Or can I call to get changes made?
I am rather worried as I am at a student accommodation and they return any mail that belongs to a student who has moved out.

I would appreciate some advice. Thanks in advance.

I also need advice on another problem.
It has been more than a week since my application was received by the UKBA, but I still haven't received my confirmation/acknowledgement letter. Most of the other peopel who I know who applied for the visa received theirs in a few days, so can someone please advise me as to what to do regarding this issue?

if your address changes, then yes you should update ukba

not everyone gets acknowledgment of the app according to some cases on this forum

You can also request a 'mail redirect' service from your local post office. It costs some money but you can be sure that all the mail address to your name is forwarded to your new address.

I heard that this does not work for the Biometric Card because that is not delivered by Royal Mail?
