please give some advise on Tier 1 general Extension

Post by ttobymax » Sun Aug 14, 2011 9:18 pm

Hi guys,
Currently, i have resigned from my current employer. and my salary from Jan to now, is about 23k already. So basically, i have pasted the qualified score.
I intend to extend my Tier 1 General visa in Jan 2012, nearly half year to go from now. and next week I gonna go back China until Jan to come back.

My question is, Do I need to be employed in the UK at that time when i submit my application for Tier 1 general extension?

Thanks a lot. any feedback will be highly appreciated.

My 2 cents.

you should be resident in UK at the time of extension, not necessarily employed thought.

I am just a newbie in here myself.

Seniors please help ttobymax with your comments.
