Evidence of co-habiting

Post by manishchaudhry » Tue Aug 16, 2011 11:33 am

Hello All,

What documents do I need as a proof of co-habiting? I might not have 2 year old bills and contracts (thanks to Mrs's tidy house keeping).

How much trouble I am in? I could probably documents for last one year.

Do you have anything addressed to you during the first year?

I would try and dig something out today, we have been married for 3.5 years and have been living ever since. I suppose I only need evidence of last two years.

Does rental contract (on both our names) count as evidence? I can get a copy from my previous letting agent(if he still got it).

Yes. Anything you can get your hands on from the last 2 years. You may have more than you think. Doctor's registration? TV licence?

TV licence: yes, but thats only on my name.
Doctor's regestration: Yes, but we moved home last year and had to move surgery, so it would have only last year's date.
