ILR 28days rule

Post by Donking1 » Thu Aug 18, 2011 5:08 pm

I posted my ILR application under the 10 years long residence category earlier this week and just realised todya that I may have wrongly calculated the 28 days qualifying period. As a result of this mistake, it appears my application will reach the Home Office three days early.
I think I meet all the other requirements, but to avoid refusal on this grounds, I am planning to ring the Home Office to withdraw my application.
Seniors please can you advice on the most appropriate course of action under the circumstances?

Thanks

Perhaps you may qualify on the date of decision.
