peo appointment for family

Hi

I booked people for Sept for myself and wife. Later on we thought about adding my daughter in the application. Will they allow her to apply with us or do we have to book another appointment. We don't want to bring her to the peo in any case. I called ukba twice both time I got different replies. One said you can add her to the application as far as its family appointment. The other said you cant. I am really confused . I don't want to cancel the appointment.

Also do I need saperate app form for dependents if so then please provide me with the link.

In case I can't apply for my daughter with me. Then can I apply saperately? If so which application form to use and what's the fees.

I am really worried about this.

As far as i know and the responses i gather while applying for my ILR is that once the appointment is made you cannnot add/delete member to the appointment. you will have to book the fresh with all members together.

We don't want to bring her to the peo in any case.

Wise move! You do not have to take any dependents to the PEO.. and specially with kids i would strongly recommend not to take them.. i have seen how boring it is for them while i was there and then they becomes restless and makes the whole waiting area noisy. So better not to take her with you if you to PEO

No if dependents are applying together with main applicant. Details of the dependents go in the same form in relevant section for dependents.

Is your daughter born in UK? if yes then you do not have in include her in ILR application as once you get ILR she becomes eligible to apply for British Citizenship through registration.. and her immigration status for that application is irrelevant.

While booking appointment *ALL* applicant listed in the form needs to be added to appointment irrespective whether they visit PEO on the day or not.

If you apply separately for your daughter then as of now she has to apply for FLR as dependent of ILR holder. As far as I know she would not get ILR if apply separately. As of now she will only get ILR as your dependent if included in your ILR application form. I would recommend you book another appointment with her name included and then cancel the original one which is without her name. I am sure you will get one in Croydon PEO. Good luck.
