UK Fiancee Visa

Hello
I am a GCC resident and i would like to join my Fiancee in UK, m gonna apply for UK fiancee visa just need to confirm few things, My Fiancee has work permit, Can he sponsor me? I mean he is working over there does UK board considers him UK citizen or Residence.
Second thing I am outside UK , can i still apply for uk fiancee Visa?

When you say work permit, what do you mean - Tier 1 (General) / Tier 2 / Tier 1 (PSW) / Tier 5 / pre-PBS Work Permit?

Your Fiancee is class as a work permit holder in the U.K
He is not a British Citizen or Permanent UK Resident. He is a U.K resident only (living lawfully with a visa).
Ask your fiancee to call a lawyer and ask them about you - They should not charge him any fees for first visit.
People working in the U.K with work permit, like your Fiancee, can bring Fiancee wife etc.. But, the rule changes time to time. If he talks to a lawyer they can explain it to him.
