Company Formation and no Business Activity

Hi All,

Last November, i formed a Company based on the Contract offered by a company but i was still in a permanent role with another company.

But the Company that offered contract shortly cancelled it with in a span of 2 days citing lack of funds.

So, currently it stands that the Company alone is formed and there is no business activity. I was told by my accountant that i dont need to file returns to HMRC till November 2011. Also i have not opened any Business Banking Account and there is no Business Acitivity.

My concern is, Will the dormat company impact my Naturalization application?

Can somebody pls share their experiences?
