ILR- Dates confusion - converted from student to Work permit

Hi, could anyone please suggest when I should be applying for PR? Following is the case history.

- Came to UK with Student visa
- Graduated in July 2006
- Started working in current Job from 16th October 2006. (as is eligible to work full time for 4 months after graduation on student visa). HR had applied for Work Permit meanwhile.
- Work permit Letter dated 13th Nov 2006 received sometime mid nov 2006.
- Applied for Visa. Visa started from 9Dec 2006. Valid till 9Dec 2011.

Question:
Am I eligible for applying for PR from (Work permit letter i.e 13 Nov 2011 - 28 days); Or,
Am I eligible for for applying for PR from (WP Visa date i.e 9 Dec 2011 - 28 Days)?

Also, I am in the British Army (Territorials) from May 2007 and am currently a British Army Officer (Territorials) since Oct 2010. Does that help in any sort?

You would be eligible for ILR on 9 Dec 2011 - 28 days.
I am not sure about the British Army Officer, you need to check the relevant rules.

You can apply 28 days before the Deember 9.
