I am sure she was wrong by saying that, he need to fill a landing card everythime he come back to the UK until he gets his British Citizenship/Passport.fandango wrote:hi, now that my husband's ILR is granted, I seem to remember that the last time we flew and waited in the "foreign queue back to England" (I am British and I waited with him, that the woman said we no longer have to complete a Landing Card and also that my husband can queue in the English queue to come back to the country - is this true? I ask cos my husband is due to fly alone in a month or so and just wants to do it all correct. Thanks very much, JO.
I'm a non EEA spouse married to EEA and I just came back from a trip abroad where I didn't have to fill in the landing card and I used the UK/EU line with no questions asked by the IBA.Lucapooka wrote:Yes, landing card
Yes, Non UK/EU/EEA Line (but if traveling with other family members who are British or EU/EEA may use the UK/EU/EEA line on a discretionary basis)
