ILR - SET(O) - points scoring for Tier 1 General

I’m new to this forum and would be grateful if someone could answer my queries.

I’m currently in Tier 1 General visa. I got into the route back in October 2007 under HSMP and entered the UK in mid October 2007. In October 2009, I switched into T1 General. I have my ILR next year. Born in March 1977, BSc qualification.

I have been reading the Set(O) application and got puzzled in 3 major sections.

1.Points claiming for education qualifications
Section 9B says,

“Applications for Indefinite leave to remain where you have had leave as a HSMP, Writer, Composer or Artist, Self-Emp Lawyer, or as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the rules in place before 6 April 2010â€
