Hi,
I have formed my own Ltd company 2 months ago. I need to make my ILR application this month. Could you please clarify my 2 questions below

1)My payslips are generated by the Accountant with accounting agency name in the footer and they are sent to me in the email. To submit the pay slips for the ILR application, who needs to sign the Payslips? As the Director, can I sign my own payslips?

2)whether a newly formed (trading for less than a year) company director get Dividend vouchers? My Accountant is telling me that they do not give any Dividend vouchers as the company has not been trading for at least one year. However, I am drawing money as Dividends + Salary. Is it true that I am not eligible to get dividend vouchers as my accountant says?
