i will advise u to get it certified from translation company in ireland as I did similar albeit I had certified copy from my home country. You can try DCU translation service and i found it reasonable as they give you three ceritified copies. According to Inis, translation should be done by professional translator and there is no guarantee INIS will accept translation from home country. INIS may accept it or may not accept it and there is always a risk in this case.
My suggestion would be to get it certified in ireland from professional translation company like DCU translation service and again it's your choice.
