college license revoked, admission in MBA TOPUP PROGRAMME

hi,
My college license has revoked, my visa expiry date is Jan,2013. i got the visa last year on this college CAS letter. i gave the exams but unfortunately couldn't pass it But as the second course i am doing MBA TOP UP programme in different subjects from the university. i have to submit my dissertation in December,2011 and result expected in February or march,2012. What should i do now?. Apply for the new visa on behalf of the university CAS with my others 3 dependant. which documents i have to submit with my application IF i have to apply for the new visa. (previous college attendance and fail progress report or what). Am i consider as a establish student? for how long i need to show bank statement and how much?.

The UKBA should be contacting you to curtail your leave to 60 days. If you want to remain in the UK you need to find a new sponsor. It will be a new Tier 4 application from inside the UK if your current leave was issued after Oct 5 2009.
