Lucapooka wrote:I really don't understand what you are asking (if, indeed, there is a question). You've been told which application form to apply for a spouse visa after the marriage. Your partner is the applicant and all the questions will be directed at her (even when the answer relates to you). VAF4A ia general settlement form that covers a wide range of categories (not just wives and not just people who have recently married). She must answer all the questions that relate to her category honestly and to the best of her understanding.
Really, if you are out of your depth with this then I suggest you get professional help; otherwise you are wasting time and money on an application that will not meet the rules.
she is applying for leave to enter with a view to settlement. It doesn't mean she will immediately be granted settlement.Bigman wrote:Thanks sushdmehta...
Actually i been confusing by seeing content in VAF4A form
"YOU SHOULD COMPLETE THIS FORM IF YOU ARE COMING TO THE UK TO SETTLE.
If you are not coming to the UK to settle then you are completing the wrong form."
by using this form, my wife will get settlement visa. then what will be the difference between settlement visa and settlement?

e)evidence of age, both can show 10th class certificates. will they be enough?
f)how long will it take to get this visa(processing times)?
