AnswerI am applying ILR using SET (O) along with 2 dependants (wife +1 child). I am confused that Should I fill 2 SET-M application forms for Dependants when they apply along with me?
Can I include my dependants in my application?
You can use one form for a joint application by you, your partner and any children aged under 18, if they are applying as your dependants. Children over 18 must apply separately.
it should not be assumed that the spouse is eligible to apply with the main applicant until the OP has answered my question.gidoc wrote:I agree however OP wanted to know if he needs to apply separately for dependants or use one form SET O. One assumes that the spouse is eligible to apply together, hence his question and my answer.

Your spouse is not your dependent child over 18. You may include your spouse and child under 18 in your SET(O) application.rajainbox wrote:Thanks all of your replies. She has been with me more than 2 years in UK.
