ILR and Accommodation

Hi,

I have been staying in a company provided, shared accommodation since my arrival in the UK. The arrangement was that the company pays all the bills + rent, and deducts a standard amount from each occupant, which is also shown in the payslips. (Same amount regardless of number of occupants).
However since last month i have been living alone in the house and the company has changed its policy and started deducting the entire cost from my salary (more than double the previous amount).
I would be applying for ilr in less than 3 months, will difference in the amount deducted look suspicious?
