Post by Bigman » Sun Sep 11, 2011 8:29 pm

Hi All,
Who are in this board, have had huge experience on immigration. i am going to apply Spouses of persons present and settled in the United Kingdom. that's the reason i have been chosen here to post my thread too. please guide me!

I am on ILR status & going to be married on Oct 2011 (arranged marraige) in india. my questions are...

a) what application form, my wife has to use to apply to ILR dependent?

b)she has completed her bachelors degree(Btech) & tought in english. convocation states, she tought in english. does she need to get it authorised NARIC? or any alternative?

c) does she need to write life in the UK test?

d)i am maintaining funds £800 +£533 since three months, are they enough?

e)evidence of age, both can show 10th class certificates. will they be enough?

f)how long will it take to get this visa(processing times)?

g)Initially, how many years visa she may get it?

Please your input will be more useful. thank you.
