Experience Certificate from Previous Employers

Post by ajilani » Mon Jul 12, 2004 9:38 am

My previous employer refusing to issue me an experience certificate again according to HSMP requirement i.e. HSMP format available in some postings.

They already issued me certificate when I leaved the job. Can I send the same to HSMP? or I need to make a new one accordingly to HSMP req.

Azher.

if the certificate is issued by prev. co. is on letter head then its o.k. to send it to H.O.

If you still have doubts I can only re-assure that as stated in the HSMP guide the experience letter should be: 1. on letter headed paper; 2: showing dates of work 3. signed. 4. saying the experience is one that requires degree level.
So if this is ok then you're fine.
Cheers

Reference Letter

Post by guest 000 » Mon Jul 12, 2004 2:19 pm

I am experiencing the same problem convincing my last employer to issue me a ref. letter. he say it is not in his company rules to give ref. letter. I have already applied for the HSMP and awaiting results.

I would like to know if this will not affect my application and subsequent EC.

guest, do you rely on points from work experience? If so have you included any other evidence to subsitute the employer reference?

Are these documents submitted to claim work exp points or senior level exp points. These may work for exp points but not for senior level points.
