Speeding ticket on ILR HSMP judicial review

Post by tina123 » Tue Sep 13, 2011 3:50 pm

Hello,
Could anyone answer these please. I am applying for ILR on thursday under HSMP judicial review. I have got HSMP between April to Nov 2006.

Section 7 - Last week I received a speeding ticket for travelling 35 mph on a 30 mph road. " As relating to the Notice of Intended Prosecution"
I was given the option to pay for a fine £60 plus 3 points or take a speed awareness course. But I have sent the form only last friday and they would have received this week only. Then they would write to me about what next and that would be either fine + points or speed awareness course.

Do I need to disclose this? Please let me know I am worried
Anyone !!!!!
