tier-1 extension, P45 and different payslip n bank statement

Sorry if it has been already answered as i tried searching for it but could not find anything

Do i have to submit P45 if i swtich job, before i apply for tier-1 extension or the case is alright without it and only payslips and bankstatements would do? ?

also, salary is transferred one day late into my account which has been mentiond in payslips, is that going to be okl? has any one else encountered this?

all i want to ask is if i need P45 to be sumitted incase i change employers, for my tier-1 vis extension? is that necessary in that case?
