Police Certificate Issue

Hi,

I am collecting all documents to apply for my PSW visa.
But I have some doubts about my Certificate of Registration (from Police).

The TIER4 Visa in my passport clearly sat that I need to register at a specified police station within seven days of the requirement being made.
2 OCT 2010 was the date of my entry in UK, it means I should have registered within 7 days after this date, however I registered only on 11 NOV 2010, since almost 40 days. My questions is could this issue be the reason of PSW visa's refusal ? Many thanks in advance!
