Urgent - Dependent ILR - Cohabitation - Please help

Post by kamal_ece » Sun Sep 18, 2011 11:54 pm

Hi guys,

I need help on ILR application set(O) dependent on topic Cohabitation supporting documents and absence time period of dependent.

I'm applying on Sept 29th this month and I came into UK Oct 4th 2006. My wife joined me in May 2008.

We moved 4 house address and during this period

May 2008 - Feb 2009 --> House 1 --> Rental Agreement -- Joint names, Council Tax -- Joint names, bank Statements individual but covering same period.

Mar 2009 - Dec 2009 --> House 2 --> Only 4 months Bank statements on my wife name covering first 4 months. All Utility bills, Council Tax in my name alone.

Dec 2009 - Dec 2010 --> House 3 --> No records untill Aug 2010. In Sept 2010 Appointment Letter, Oct, Nov Payslips, November Bank Statement, Feb 2010 a Home office letter for Extension of HSMP(now called Tier1). All Utility bills, Council Tax in my name alone.

Effectively, from Aug 2009 to Aug 2010 there is no supporting documents for Cohabitation. No NHS, Utility bills, Bank statements went online and now no historical bank statements can be downloaded now which would display address during that period.

Dec 2010 - till date : we both have all the documents in both names. Council tax,Utility bills.

My wife was out of UK for 4 months 10 days continously from March 8th 2010 to July 19th 2010. Does this affect the application?

Having shared the above details gurus/experts/sages/experienced do you see any issues with this application with respect to COHABITAION supporting evidence? If yes, is there a solution?

Based on your reponses, it will help me to make decision if I should go ahead with application on my own and drop the plan to apply for my dependent along with my application.

Please help me.
