admission in MBA and english language course

hi, my college license has revoked now. i have taken admission in MBA TOPUP PROGRAMME on behalf of level 7. i have to send my application on college CAS. i am in England since 7 years. Question is this, do i need any English language certificate like ielts etc to send the application for leave to remain.

Your English language ability is a matter for your sponsor. It's their responsibility to determine if you have the required standard for the course and they must include details of this on the CAS.

hi, college refuse to give me the CAS without english language course, they say this is ukba requirement and we can not issue CAS. "result require (ielts 5.5 in all modules or esol B2)". i have no problem to give the ielts test but i have to apply in end of october (my dates are running out in october after the college license revoked, have to apply wihtin 60 days) and no dates are available in october and ielts result comes after 13 days. very confuse and worried. please give advice what should i do?.
