ACRO / Disclosure Scotland Clean Reports

Dear All,

I am due to apply for my ILR (Tier 1 - 5 years). However I was worried about 3 speeding tickets I have. Though all three were FPNs, I had to go to court because of different reasons - the first 2 times (in 2007) because I was driving on my Indian license (first year in UK) and the third time (in 2008) because I was moving homes and couldn't produce the counterpart in time to pay the penalty.

However I applied to both DisclosureScotland and ACRO for a check on my records and both have come back clean. Willl there still be an issue because of this in my ILR?

Home office do their own checks for unspent convictions, I think you should be ok as you have clear records.
