PESW Same day service

Hi
I have applied my PSW on Sep 12, 2011 in same day service. I have taken printout of my saving account and gets stamped from bank, but as the account does not have more transactions but i kept more than 800 balance in the account. The inquiry officer has given me letter which is showing they need my current account statement, which i have provided on Sep 19. I am waiting for their reply.
My question is that how much the maximum time they can take in making their Decision.
