ILR-Set(M) application query. Please response!

Hello

i got two questions to ask number one i came in the country in 2nd week of dec 2009. I want to know when i can apply for ILR my visa was granted for 27 months but two years will be in december 2011 and visa expiring in feb 2012. I want to go PEO my self thats why need to know when i can go to submit it?

question number two during my qualifying period from april 2011 to end of may 2011 i lived at my father in law place with Mrs coz i was in process of moving in to my new house so to cover the period at my father in laws house do i need a letter i only live there month and a half? and if i need letter from them does any thing else need a part from letter to prove? we didnt pay any bills there and also my father in law house is in name of my brother in law but he live in another house. Is it ok to get letter from father in law or it should be from brother in law because the propety is in his name??

You can apply in Dec 2011.

I would not worry about that one month. But you should show enough letters to prove that you were living together for the last 2 years (6 letters from 3 different sources. Can be addressed to you both or addressed to you individually). These can include bank statements, council tax letters, NHS letters, HMRC letters and any other letters from govt organisations. Letters from universities are also OK
