If you move to another country while your case is in the court and do not attend court proceedings you will be classed as absconder and could be blacklisted (more serious charge). Best thing to do is face the music here regarding your DD charge. Also keep in mind Gardai are obliged to provide samples in court from the machine they took in Garda stations, you said in your earliest posts the result didn't show up? If i were you i would get a solicitor and prepare now rather than wait for the court letter. You could even get your case struck out for insufficient evidence who knows but the worst thing you could do is make decisions while in panic.mirzhar wrote:first i am again very thankful for positive feedback

NO way they will grant me ILR or Passport
