My application for HSMP visa got refused because they said i used deception in getting my previous leave to remain as PSW(post study work). They did not even gave me right of appeal. I hired a solicitors and he wrote letter to immigration judge and we got the right of appeal and then we went to tier 1 tribunal and won the appeal as there was no evidence of deception from UKba. I got the determination letter from tier tribunal and UKBa had one week to go upper tribunal to challenge this decision of tier 1 tribunal but they did not....
My question is its been 6 weeks since i won appeal but has not heard anything from Ukba. They have all my passport with them which they took when they were going to deport me based on refusal of HSMP.
I dont know what is time duration of getting the visa after you win the appeal against UkBa inside uk. I know its maximum 12 weeks for those who win appeal outside uk, but what about those who are inside uk? I called Ukba to find out when i will get the hsmp visa after i won the appeal but they just ask m eto wait and wait and its been six weeks ..i am clueless what i shoudl do next even my lawyers sent them many letters but they did not response and even i has no right of work
