Query - UK Tier 1 Extension Previous Earnings Assessment

Hi ,

Tier1(General) Application states regarding previous earnings assessment as below.

"Applicants can claim points for previous earnings for any single, consecutive 12 month period from the 15 months immediately before this application"


I would like to clarify that In the consecutive 12 month perious can I skip 2 months in the middle of the period and claim for 10 months.

For example If I am claiming from 01-Dec-2010 till 30-Nov-2011 as my 12 months consecutive period. Can I skip April,2011 and May,2011 and claim from
30-NOV-2010 till 31-03-2011 and 01-June-2011 till 30-Nov-2011.

Please suggest.

Yes. That just means you had "0" earnings for those 2 months.
