fresh application

I applied for the HSMP and was rejected, and then send it for review as well but the outcome was same.bcoz they said tht the ref letter shud b on a letter head tht is the reason it was rejected , but when i checked it , it was in the letter head itself. then y did they rejected my application tht is wht i cant understand.

Now im making fresh application, will the old application be used as a reference or will it have any prejudice over my new application

bcoz im really worried abt tht.

a fresh application with fresh fees will be treated as such.

their system may contain your records, but that will not influence the new decision; only the new/different documentation & evidence provided will be evaluated.
