Post Study Visa Please help

I am currently doing 3 years bachelors in UK which is scheduled to be finished in May 2013. I have heard that they are abolishing Post Study work from April 2012. I will I have be able to apply for post study visa after my completion in 2013? Does this rule apply to student currently in UK?

No one can tell you about a rule that is yet to be made & published.

The Rule has been made that from April 2012 PSW will be ceased so will it be aplicable to me?

No "rule" has yet been made to close Tier 1 (PSW). As on date, the government has only announced their intent / decision to close Tier 1 (PSW) immigration category in April 2012.

The rule to close Tier 1 (PSW) - and other associated / relevant rules around it - will come into existence only when statement of changes in immigration rules to this effect is presented in the parliament (and subsequently approved in accordance with parliamentary procedures).

Wait until such time any such statement(s) of changes in immigration rules is presented relevant to Tier 1 (PSW) changes is/are presented.
