PSW invalid application (page missing)

Post by OmarSarfraz » Mon Sep 26, 2011 6:49 pm

Hi,

I got an email from home office stating that one page is missing from my application.

it states that :

Thank you for the application for leave to remain, which has been
> identified as invalid due to an error or omission with regards to the
> mandatory documentation that has been submitted in support of that
> application.
You have not answered question D21 on page 21. Please print off page 21,
answer the question and return the page to the address stated below.
> Please note that we are only able to accept the original document(s)
> received within the UK Border Agency within 7 calendar days of this
> notification.

Can anyone tell me whether this means that my documents are proper and just one page is missing.

Is this a major blunder?

Thank you for your answers.

Omar

I don't understand your concern. You have been given very clear and simple instructions on what you need to do to rectify this problem and if you follow those directions in the timescale mentioned, that should be all there is to it.

The text you posted says you didn't answer question D21, not the entire page. This doesn't guarantee that the rest of the application is in order.

Did you leave out the question on purpose (about deception)?
